Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all work, parts supply, and services provided by ForgeMoto. By engaging ForgeMoto, the customer agrees to these terms.

Estimates & Quotations
All quotations are estimates only and subject to change due to unforeseen issues, additional labour, or parts availability. Bespoke and fabrication work cannot be fixed-price guaranteed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion or invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. ForgeMoto accepts bank transfer or cash only. Vehicles will not be released until all outstanding balances are paid in full and cleared.
Deposits
Deposits may be required prior to commencement of work or ordering of parts. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or parts have been ordered.
Storage Charges
Storage is charged at £30 per day. Storage applies 48 hours after an estimate has been issued without instruction, and 48 hours after notification of completion. Storage is paused during active work and resumes if the vehicle is not collected within the stated timeframe.
Retention of Vehicle (Lien)
ForgeMoto reserves the right to retain possession of any vehicle until all charges are paid in full, including labour, parts, and storage fees.
Abandoned Vehicles
If a vehicle remains unpaid and uncollected for 30 days, ForgeMoto will issue written notice. If no response or payment is received within a further 14 days, ForgeMoto reserves the right to sell or dispose of the vehicle to recover outstanding costs.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, timely instructions, and arrange collection promptly. Failure to do so may result in delays and additional charges.
Parts & Installation
All parts supplied must be installed correctly and are the responsibility of the purchaser. ForgeMoto is not liable for issues arising from improper installation or use.
Warranty
A workmanship warranty applies to welding and fabrication work carried out by ForgeMoto. Parts are subject to manufacturer warranties only. Warranty does not cover misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. See full warranty terms on request.
Liability
ForgeMoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill.
Delays
ForgeMoto is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, third parties, or circumstances beyond its control.
Vehicles at Owner's Risk
All vehicles and personal property are left at ForgeMoto's premises entirely at the owner's risk. While ForgeMoto takes reasonable precautions to secure the workshop, ForgeMoto does not accept liability for theft, fire, vandalism, accidental damage, or any other loss occurring while a vehicle is in its custody. Customers are strongly advised to ensure their own insurance provides full cover for their vehicle at all times, including while on ForgeMoto's premises. Any items, accessories, or personal belongings left with or inside the vehicle are also left at the owner's risk.
Insurance
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure their vehicle is fully insured at all times, including comprehensive cover while the vehicle is in ForgeMoto's possession. ForgeMoto's own insurance does not extend to customer vehicles or their contents. Customers are advised to confirm with their insurer that their policy provides cover while the vehicle is at a third-party workshop.
Acceptance
By instructing ForgeMoto to carry out work or supply parts, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
